Our Approval Process

1. Submit Your Application

Complete our online application.

2. Background Screening

Qualified applicants will receive an email from TransUnion SmartMove to complete a background screening.

3. Application Review

Our team carefully reviews each application to ensure The Luxe Suites is the right fit for both you and our professional community.

4. License Agreement

Approved applicants will receive a License Agreement for review and electronic signature.

5. Secure Your Suite

Once the License Agreement is signed and the required security deposit is received, your suite will be officially reserved.

6. Welcome to The Luxe Suites!

You'll receive your onboarding materials and move-in information.
